MoHUB Members Code of Conduct

All young people attending the facility will be respectful of staff, other members, property, and all equipment that is available to them. 

We promote the use of ‘Good Manners’ particularly when using the tuck shop – Please and Thank you are free! 

The use of bad or abusive language is not acceptable 

Any form of bullying whether physical or verbal is never acceptable and needs to be reported to a Youth Worker as soon as possible 

Photography/Videoing of other young people is not permitted without their permission

Access to PCs is a privilege, anyone behaving inappropriately online will have access removed and parents/guardians informed

Any young person not feeling comfortable in reporting anything/anyone themselves, should inform a parent/guardian of the details who can then contact/ call into the MoHUB office. Issues of concern can only be resolved if we know about them 

Parents/Guardians may be informed by phone or letter if any member is in serious breach of the Code of Conduct

Repeated breaches may result in young people being asked not to attend in future for the benefit of other members. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE COMPLETE ALL PARTS

 We require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation to provide either a refund or transfer to another session.

Access to the MoHUB Wi-Fi is granted through parental/guardian permission, however, if there is any misuse of this access, it will be revoked immediately.  Inappropriate conduct through young people’s personal devices cannot be checked by MoHUB staff, therefor remains the responsibility of the young people/parents/guardians.

At MoHUB (YM Montrose), we rely entirely on donations, sponsorship, and income from fundraising events. When you donate to us, on arrival at our sessions, we can claim an additional 25p for every £1, at no extra cost or work to you if you kindly provide a one-off Gift Aid Declaration. Thus, if there is a UK taxpayer in the household, please provide us with their details:
