CCTV images will be retained for 31 days and can only be accessed by Management. Copies of our policy can be viewed on request.

In line with changes in the data protection law, MoHUB/ YM Montrose is required to obtain your authorisation to keep your details on file, so that we can keep your children safe and can contact you if necessary or in an emergency. 

The data we hold is kept in the YM Office securely and is only accessed when appropriate by designated youth workers. The data is not, and will not, be shared with any third party without your explicit permission in written form. 

By completing the registration form, you are agreeing to the use of the data in accordance with the Data Protection policy. We will only retain your details as long as you are actively involved with the group after which time, all data is destroyed by shredding in accordance with our Safe Handling Policy. 

Any paper copy will be shredded and electronic copies will be deleted. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
